(-2) Government should pass a law all clinics or hospitals will be required to store information in digital medium as a mandatory Guideline apart from paper.
(-1) Create hubs for doctors where they can for freely, upload the patient records when they do not have a computer.
(0) Train all the 1.1Million doctors on how to make digital records of the patients.
(1) Mandatory for the Patient to provide their Aadhar number whenever they visit any doctor.
(2) Doctor is required to update the treatment prescribed or given to the patient on a universal portal. Doctor can scan and upload the documents and update the critical information by typing as notes
(3) Use this portal/platform where we can connect all clinic and hospitals.
(4) Doctor can access the information of the patient by authenticating the patient using the bio-metrics
(5) Doctor will be able to view all clinical history of the patient, which helps the doctor to give proper treatment.
(6) Doctors should be rated by the patients - when they are uploading their documents. This will ensure that the doctors are uploading all the necessary documents with good handwriting which can be understood easily.With use of aadhaar number one can see their own information in detail.
