Schools will be linked to these curriculums with their students to make use of the technology which is currently a very big business.

(-3) Independent education regulatory authority which is made up of top experienced teachers and professors who have been rated very high by successful students. This entity will not be under the purview of any government or private body and will function independently on its own with a very high standard of conduct and ethics. All the members of the committee will be people who believe in simple living and high thinking, not interested in accumulating wealth, live a very modest life and are not influenced by any spiritual organization to govern the education system. It will have a specialized panel of highly qualified members in each field let it be nursing or engineering or an MBA college. The need of a number of colleges will be based on future assessment/forecast on the need of such people. This will help in balancing the required professionals in a near to perfect model and help in avoiding unemployment or scarcity of people in required field (Currently we don't have dedicated governing body in every field of study)

Additional needs of schools can be fulfilled by using parking areas of flats as schools/colleges, as everyone will go to the office and the same can be used as a single class - classes will be more spacious than before. Children will also ensure that the parking area is clean - this solves the problem of maintaining the building cleanliness and avoids the transportation cost of the children. (Till the time we have enough good educational institutes as a stop-gap arrangement)

The teachers will be required to renew the certification as required by updating themselves with the changes if any every year. Schools and colleges which are not providing good quality of education will be shut down automatically even though they are run by the government as parents/students will not prefer them. Also, this will open up opportunities for new schools/colleges to start-up to provide better education ( All the education institutes will be run with public and government coordination and the license to run educational institutes will be provided to people who are qualified and want to provide service to the society with a non-profit motive. All the educational institutes will go through stringent independent audits, to detect fraud and anomalies). This also ensures that teachers even in private schools are also paid well at a standardized rate and help small schools to also compete with bigger schools. This also opens up avenues for qualified experienced teachers to start their own schools and helps in generating employment opportunities.

Students who want to go to higher studies will be required to pass a competitive examination to be eligible to pursue higher education.

The above four steps will lay a strong foundation to provide quality and standardized education to one and all.

(1) The entire Curriculum will be a mandatory combination of theory + Practical. The curriculum for every topic will be upgraded basis the feedback of students and teachers on an ongoing real-time basis.

(2) School/college will be like a home and all transactions will be digital.

• (a) Every school will have the mid-day meal program with fruits, salads and healthy food in designated labelled tiffin boxes which will be delivered by vendors. Children will clean and wash the utensils by themselves ( this will promote teamwork and caring attitude towards others ).
  (b) School children will themselves be responsible for keeping the school neat and clean every day (unless they are in pre-primary). This ensures that students are habituated to cleanliness. Helpers who were working in the schools will get employment opportunities to keep the city/town clean.
  (c) Administration work will also be managed by the senior children, this helps them to know how to manage money and spend wisely. Children will be graded basis the quality of work done as per the expected standard, accuracy and budget. People who are in administration will be trained to guide the children and in parallel be trained to become teachers ( so that there is no non-value add spend)
  (d) Children will be responsible to water the plants and ensure that enough greenery is around the schools.
  (e) Children will be taught techniques on how to use waste resources and use them in the functioning of the school ( This ensures that minimal spend is done on the infrastructure facilities and

Suppose an aged person, cannot read and write English, they can also learn the specific topics as per the requirement with the children. This will ensure that the entire population is literate and educated quickly. This will also create a fun learning experience with people of different age groups together without any EGO.

(7) All the exams will be practical and the students will have to demonstrate learnings in practical way - this will reduce the unwanted theory topics which are being taught to children and are not adding any value to the students. This will also help schools to generate products which can be used at their homes or can be sold to generate some revenue. Students will learn geometry/trigonometry/math's/science/biology/accountancy - but everything will be theory+practical, they will know how to implement the learnings.

Current example - How geometry is helpful in practical life is elusive to many college students as well. They only know right angle, theorems, postulates and axioms with only bookish knowledge

(8) Students will be taught moral values, ethics, principles and how to lead the society. The major focus of education will revolve around strong value system and this will be even more stronger for the children below the age group of 7 years. This will also be practical by making them work for the society in various creative ways. some examples can be as follows

• (a) Keeping the surroundings of the school/house neat, clean and green.
  (b) Farming in wastelands and cultivate them to get useful products. (This will help the schools/colleges to harvest food in their own campus)
  (c) Helping age-old people, serving underprivileged and poor people as required.
  (d) Educating people about various good things in the society and spreading awareness
  (e) Working in villages to educate illiterate people (This helps children to develop good teaching skills and help them to refresh topics, already learned)
  (f) Avoid Pollution and promote environment.
  (g) Taking care of animals and learning how to feed, treat, help and cure by visiting veterinary clinics.

(9) Books, toys, games, and resource sharing platforms where children can actually put back their used books and other resources which can be used by other children. (10) Unless the student is able to showcase the practical functioning of the learning, they will not move to the next topic as per the road-map designed for the students. Some students can move to other topics quickly while others may take some time. There is no duration like currently, we have 1 year for one academic year. Here, the focus is on quality and ability to demonstrate the skills practically in real-time scenarios. Students who are not able to pass the topic, after three attempts will be assessed by a special team to look for other alternatives.

(11) As students progress advanced topics which are taught in higher primary schools (Currently). They will be required to learn on themselves and explain parts of the topics. This ensures that children start learning by themselves, this will ensure that children can learn anything with least dependencies and this improves the learning pace and the teacher comes more prepared to guide the students.

(12) In order to move to higher education, students will have to demonstrate practical examples of how they have helped their friends, juniors and society. This helps students to cultivate a habit of helping others. Today students do not even think of helping anyone who is in need.

(13) Students will also be taught on how to manage good relationships, how to manage anger, how to react to unfavorable situations, how to think positively, avoid negative thoughts towards others, habit of sharing things with others ...etc

(14) Schools will have everyday theme(or week depending upon the concept) in which they will be totally immersed instead of teaching multiple topics in a day so that they know the subject perfectly and execute the learning's in a practical way.

(15) Schools/colleges will have dedicated days for sports, music, dance, drawing or other co-curricular activities where they will be taken to the respective premises. These premises will be paid by the school's basis the services taken and will be open to all the schools/colleges. This ensures that schools which do not have adequate infrastructure facilities also to get all the benefits of a top school.

(16) Higher School/college students will be taken to various utility centers/ industries/ offices to make them understand how the work is done or products are manufactured basis the curriculum/syllabus (it can be out of city/town as well). It will be similar to internship programs, this will benefit the industry, school and students to save cost.

(17) Students at an early age itself will be provided refurbished used laptops/digital devices which can help them to learn software and hardware. As we are moving in the age of technology - where everything will be managed using the latest technology.

(18) Students will also be required to do all the calculations without the use of computers so that they know the basic fundamentals.

(19) Students will be taught memory techniques and will be required to demonstrate the same in practical ways. (Currently no school teach students on how to memorize in simple ways)

(20) Students will be encouraged to learn to write simultaneously with both the hands at the same time. All the students will learn multiple languages to improve their cognitive and recognition skills.

(21) Students as part of the examination will be required to solve practical problems by working in teams collaboratively.

(22) Students will also be given tasks to work with Government, NGO, micro-entrepreneurs and other non-profit organizations and their work will be measured on accuracy and efficiency. This will help both the society and students.

(23) Students also have to give practical examples of the art of negotiating, influencing and managing the work in a dynamic environment in specific timelines.

(24) Students will be rewarded when they are able to use waste resources in the best way and avoid spending money wherever possible. Every student will be taught on how to manage money, spend wisely and how to gain financial independence as early as possible.

(25) Instead of giving examples of people who are dead. The same time will be used to interact with people who are living around/near by in the community/society who have achieved remarkable achievements (This motivates people in every area/place to achieve excellence and helps to bring the real potential both within the people and the children together) Children will learn about all the people in history automatically as they grow, by themselves.

(26) Students will be taught how to do business in the most ethical way and select the right companies for doing a job, which can help them to learn while they earn. How to work in the worst-case scenarios, without doing anything wrong.

(27) Youngsters looking to get married will be taught on how to choose the right life partner/spouse with the right qualities/morals/values which can benefit them to lead a happy life.

(28) Married people will have free classes on parenting before they plan for children, it will be advisable for them to be certified before they plan for a child. As the foundation of a good child is laid in the womb of the mother itself. The efforts for the parents will be reduced to bring up the child will be reduced drastically, if they follow some simple things before they bring any new life on this planet.
