Helpers are people in the group who can help others to define problems or solutions in a better way and show guidance to others so that they can contribute positively. Helpers are not barriers, but their job is to promote other people views in the best possible way. We need to remember that this is not a question and answer site. This requires a lot of skills to post a good problem and right solutions and for this, we will need people who can help other users, who may not have all the skills required.

If the helper does not have the required expertise, they will not mark the solution as validated and will mention people in the respective field to asses it.
